Shanghai Minsheng Art Museum
Shanghai / Founded by China Minsheng Bank
About
Founded in 2008 by China Minsheng Bank, the Shanghai Minsheng Art Museum was the first art institution in China established by a private financial organization to fulfill its corporate social responsibility. Upholding a mission of "bringing art to the public, and bringing people into the realm of art," the museum has become a critical platform for contemporary Chinese art and international cultural exchange. Currently situated in the heart of the Huangpu District, the museum strives to foster a trans-regional dialogue across avant-garde painting and digital media, promoting inclusiveness and accessibility for the city's diverse audience.
