He Art Museum (HEM)
Shunde / Architect: Tadao Ando

About
Designed by Pritzker Prize-winner Tadao Ando, the He Art Museum is a landmark of "New Cantonese" culture. The structure consists of four stacked circular volumes that ripple outward, housing a breathtaking double-helix concrete staircase. HEM bridges the gap between Lingnan heritage and global avant-garde movements, creating a meditative space where light, shadow, and geometry coexist in perfect balance.
